PayPal currently supports sending and receiving payments in five currencies:
U.S. Dollars, Canadian Dollars, Euros, Pounds Sterling, or Yen.

PayPal Users: Please follow the Checkout instruction when you are checking out. Your shipping address has to be CONFIRMED; Otherwise, please email us with the CONFIRMED address or address it on the shipping address confirmation email. We DO NOT delivery item(s) without confirmed address or confirmed by the buyer. If payment is made via eCheck, please wait about 3-5 business days for payment to be cleared before shipment is made.

Money order: Payment is due within 3 business days following by the invoice and NO later than 7 days. Otherwise, email us the exact date of the payment.

Shipment will be processed within 48 hours after the payment is received and cleared with a confirmed shipping address. However, if it is a expedited shipping service or express, shipment will be out within 24 hours after the payment. Our shipping costs for most items are based on each item's size, weight, shipping method and delivery address. The Package & Handling fee may or may not been included in the Shipping Fee. You will find the final amount at the end of the check out page. It's fixed and our standard shipping method is 3-5 days Standard Shipping Service via standard carriers such as USPS' Package / Priority Mail or UPS's Ground Service. Shipping insurance is either optional or required (See item's shipping service section).

Select the right shipping service before you check out:

• For Standard Shipping service, it will be our default delivery method when you check out.
• For Media Shipping, it will be the default method for media content like photopaper.
• For Expedited Shipping service, you need to purchase it or it will reflect only when you check out.
• For Express Shipping service, please purchase "Express Mail" on the shipping section. So, we may process it in the express delivery way.
• For Canada and International buyers, please purchase"International Shipping" on the shipping section.

If you see on the shipping service, it means that we allow combine multiple auctions in single Shipment with discount on the shipping cost. If you add multiple item from us, you can combine and enjoy great savings on shipping. You will see the final shipping cost when you check out.

Shipping confirmation email(s) will be sent out to you when the item(s) has been shipped and the tracking number will be enclosed. If you have not received it in 24 hours, please go to PayPal's tracking for PayPal users only or contact us. Or, go to Track Shipment

Express Shipping - We will arrange for expedited delivery upon completion of payment. Please read Shipping Option when you purchase Express Shipping. All payment must be received before 2 PM EST. in order for ExpressMail (Overnight) Shipping. Otherwise, it goes to 2nd day delivery. Get a guaranteed delivery time for your Express Mail item with Express Mail Service Commitments.

Return Policy & Warranty Information

All of our item(s) has been tested by our elite staffs before it is being shipped. So, there should be no defective items. If it happens, it only happens during the delivery.

• SAFE & SECURE 1 to 1 exchange, upon receiving the item(s) within 30 days only by the time of the payment is cleared, any defective item(s) not due to misused will entitled to 1 to 1 exchange ONLY. Returns accepted only with an RMA#. All last item or clearance products are excluded.
• 120 days of Warranty from our manufacture.
  All the consumer electronics products sold by us carry 30 days warranty and 120 days of warranty from our manufacture. If you found your item to be defective, please email us with RMA# requested. Then, return it to us in the original condition and package with the RMA# shown on the returned package. We will service for you or exchange for a new product of the equivalent value or higher. You will be charge on the shipping & handling for both ways. There is no refund on shipping and handling fee.
• We usually DO NOT accept any other returns. This includes problems with: compatibility, driver or software conflicts, improper installation, etc. Please read our technical specification and all other details before placing your bid. Or, 30% restocking fee for all non-defective products returned. Thank you!

• Ship to Gift Recipient - The billing address and the shipping address can be different if provided in the manner specified in the email.

It usually takes us 24-48 hours to process the shipment after a cleared payment. We are off in weekends and Holidays. But, the shipment's schedule is the same as the USPS.
