Processing Procedure & Delivery Time

Please follow the Checkout instruction when you are checking out. Your shipping address has to be CONFIRMED; Otherwise, please email us with the CONFIRMED address or address it on the shipping address confirmation email. We DO NOT delivery item(s) without confirmed address or confirmed by the customer. If payment is made via eCheck, please wait about 3-5 business days for payment to be cleared before shipment is made. Please go to PayPal to confirm your shipping address and check out the payment status before emailing us.

Shipment will be processed within 48 hours after the payment is received and cleared with a confirmed shipping address. Shipping time is from when the item leaves the warehouse to when it arrives at your door. See shipping time below. However, the final processing time may be longer depends on the delivery method.

The arrival date-range of each item is determined by adding the minimum of the processing time to the minimum of the shipping time and the maximum of the processing time to the maximum of the shipping time. For instance, if you bought a MPEK MP3 Player that took 1 to 2 business days to process before shipping and you had it sent by Standard shipping (3 to 5 business days), the MP3 Player would arrive in 4 to 7 business days.

Processing times, below, apply to shipments in the continental United States. For shipments sent by Standard to Alaska and Hawaii, add 2 days to the shipping time. Delivery to APO/FPO addresses takes 3 to 6 weeks.

Final delivery time is the total of processing time plus shipping time. (visit our policy for detail shipping time calculation). Shipping confirmation email(s) will be sent out to you when the item(s) has been shipped and the tracking number will be enclosed. If you have not received it in 24 hours, please contact us. Sometime, you may receive our products from our worldwide distributor. We will email us regarding this matter with the tracking number.

Once you received our shipping confirmation email by our carrier such as usps.com, you can track it with the tracking number at Track Shippment.

We will arrange for expedited delivery upon completion of payment. Please read Shipping Option when you purchase Express Shipping. All payment must be received before 2 PM EST. in order for ExpressMail (Overnight) Shipping. Otherwise, it automatically goes to the 2nd day delivery.
